I smoked for ten yrs & then quit one day after I read Allen Carr's "Easy way to quit smoking" the best thing abt tht book is its kills the urge to smoke even before you quit and smokers dont quit not cause they enjoy smoking but cause of fear of withdrawal but there is none.. you only feel better once the chest starts clearing up. I never felt like smoking again & happy abt it.

I quit smoking 8 years ago. You know how? I just quit. I never liked smoking anyway.
