My last cigarette was on Dec. 12, 2009.. Has not bought another pack since then until today. has not light lit again another one until today and i am just 16yr old.
It was hard but i seemed to manage.. My lungs has never felt better since i quit..

I smoked 10 years before I quit. Just remember this... when your family is sitting next to your hospital bed watching you die.... Or attending your funeral wondering why you never quit... Some tobacco executive is cruising around the world in a fucking yacht, living the good life. And he's doing it with the money you spent to kill yourself on his product. Is supporting the tobacco industry really a cause you're willing to die for?

Ecigs are tar free. I started smoking the ecigarette, and I quit smoking traditional cigarettes because I liked the taste better with the ecig. After two weeks my cough went away. Look up flipoffcigs

@jacho80 It's not tobacco that gets you addicted, it's the nicotine and other of thousands of chemicals that they put in cigarettes that make it addictive. Tobacco isn't the healthiest substance in the world, but it sure as hell beats THC and Nicotine any day of the week!
