@martinbelfield An example pre-talk could be ........
Can I practise my hypnosis on you?
It has 2 parts ~
#1 Push down on my hand. (Ask) Is that ok?
#2 I'll then remove my hand, when I do
let your upper body go loose and relaxed, fall onto me, and let your eyes close. (Ask) Is that ok?

@ronnieGilli Actually self-hypnosis is usually done in a different way. But, if you have someone hypnotize you and give you a post-hypnotic suggestion so that when you give yourself a signal, such as dropping your own hand and say the word "sleep" it could be used to take yourself into hypnosis. Thanks for your question. Sorry to be so late answering it, I was teaching at the National Guild of Hypnotists convention.

@martinbelfield Thanks for your comment. Well, the part that is not in this video, because it is kind of a highlights movie, is that you need to do a good pretalk with the person you are about to hypnotize. There are other factors as well. Check out my free hypnosis training videos on calbanyan(.)com and you can learn all about how to prepare a would-be hypnotic subject so that these really fast inductions work like magic.

Hello Ronnie - Yes this can be done on yourself, if you mean instantly take yourself into hypnosis. It is usually done by first being hypnotized, and then being given a post-hypnotic suggestion for re-induction into hypnosis (like a word/action combination).
Writing you from the National Guild of Hypnotists Convention,
Cal

@DuckyPoo7 That is a very good question. another secret. I dont know that but maybe because the waves of the device are directed to the personne to be hipnotized maybe because his someway imunized. But nobody from them will tell you the truth.cheers Joao
